In this episode of B Like U, I open up about my personal journey through the last four years of hormonal changes — from emotional outbursts and brain fog to night sweats and unexpected shifts in how I feel in my own body.
After sharing a recent post on social media, I was surprised by how many women reached out asking for guidance and support. It became clear that many of us are navigating this phase without enough conversation, information, or reassurance.
In this episode, I share what I’ve personally experienced, what has helped me, and some of the things I’ve explored along the way including conversations with doctors, lifestyle changes, supplements, and hormone therapy.

Whether it’s your relationship that's in turmoil, financial pressure, lack of health or problems in your job, negative situations arise because of lack of gratitude over a long period of time . If we are not grateful for each thing in our lives we are unintentionally taking things for granted. Taking things for granted is major cause of negativity. Because when we take things for granted, we are not giving thanks in return. And we stop the good from happening in our life, just as giving thanks to others will always lead to our life magically increasing, so is taking things for granted, It always leads to our life decreasing.

Have you been through a lot in your life?
Did you grow up from a broken home?
Have you been through trauma?
Don't let that determine what your life is like now. Change the channel! It is very possible. You see it all the time. 2 people have been through the same trauma, or negative life experiences. 1 is thriving in life and the other is suffering, on the streets or drugs running their life. Why???
Its simple. The one who is striving has "changed the channel"! They didn't let that life control the rest of their life now.
While the other felt like a victim. Felt sorry for them selves.
That is not the way to live a life you love.
Get past it. Because it is in the past. Its time to think of the future.
Give it a try. Think of what you want in life and go for it.

Think about it. We don't keep our Money, Cars & Gucci Purses next to us on our death beds. We want our family.
I'm sure you've seen videos out there, show a Tiger, Lion or even an Alligator that was raised by a human from birth. The animals run up to them and lick them or cuddle with them! Those killer animals love them. They will not want to eat them. I mean normally those animals would tare you apart without thinking twice.
Love makes them do it.
We all crave love. If we don't get enough, then we are depressed, sad, and lonely.
Try approaching everything with love. You will see your life will change for the better. Your attitude will change. Your Luck will get better. Your relationships, Even the things you don't like will get better.
